Text

It shall be unlawful for any officer, agent or employee of any railroad company, express company or other common carrier to deliver any alcoholic liquors to any person other than to the person to whom such shipment is consigned, or to his authorized agent, and without a written receipt in each instance by such consignee in person therefor, or by his authorized agent; or to deliver any such shipments to any person whomsoever where such shipments have been consigned to a fictitious person or persons under a fictitious name.
