Nonalcoholic malt beverages may be sold by retailers licensed pursuant to the liquor control act, by clubs and drinking establishments licensed pursuant to the club and drinking establishment act by retailers licensed pursuant to article 27 of chapter 41 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as an additional privilege of the license issued in accordance therewith.
