§ 41-327 — Renewal of license

Kansas·Ch. 41 INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES·Art. 3 LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION
Any licensee may renew his license at the expiration thereof if he is then qualified to receive a license and the premises for which such renewal license is sought are suitable for such purpose.
