Text

Upon the request of the director, the county or district attorney of any county where a review is pending in the district court under this act shall appear and defend or assist in defending against such review on behalf of the state of Kansas and shall be entitled to receive compensation of $25 per day for each day actually spent in court by such county or district attorney in defending or assisting in defending against such review. Such compensation shall be paid by the director from the liquor control administration fund.
