§ 41-2612 — Display of license

Kansas·Ch. 41 INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES·Art. 26 LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK
Every holder of a license for a club or drinking establishment shall cause such license to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. In the case of a railway car, the license shall be posted at its main office which shall be stated in the application.
