(a)The secretary of revenue shall conduct a study on licensed microbrewery compliance with state laws and rules and regulations governing the collection and remittance of alcoholic liquor enforcement taxes. On or before January 15, 2025, the secretary shall prepare and submit a report to the governor and the legislature on the findings of such study, including any recommendations regarding such collection and remittance, the monitoring thereof and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and rules and regulations.
(b)The director of alcoholic beverage control shall conduct a study on licensed microbrewery compliance with state laws and rules and regulations governing the collection and remittance of alcoholic liquor gallonage taxes. On or before January 15, 2025, the director shall prepa
