§ 41-205 — Same; oath of office

Kansas·Ch. 41 INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES·Art. 2 DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL

The director, deputy director and each person appointed by the director shall take and subscribe an oath to support and enforce the provisions of this act and the constitution of the state of Kansas.
