§ 41-202 — Office of director; branch offices

Kansas·Ch. 41 INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES·Art. 2 DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL
The office of the director of alcoholic beverage control shall be in Topeka, but the director may, with the approval of the secretary of revenue, establish and maintain branch offices at places other than the seat of government.
