§ 41-1121 — Same; penalties for violations

Kansas·Ch. 41 INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES·Art. 11 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by law.
