Text

The secretary of revenue may adopt, in accordance with K.S.A. 41-210, and amendments thereto, such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the intent and purposes of this act and may require manufacturers, distributors and retailers to furnish any necessary information for use in determining fair and reasonable sales prices of alcoholic liquors in carrying out the intent, purposes and provisions of this act.
