§ 41-1117 — Same; filing, publication and distribution of minimum mark-ups; effective date; less than minimum mark-up, when permitted

Kansas·Ch. 41 INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES·Art. 11 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
(1)Whenever the board shall establish minimum retailer mark-ups, it shall immediately file a copy thereof with the director. The director, at least once in each quarter of each year, shall publish such minimum mark-ups and shall promptly mail a copy to each licensed distributor and retailer authorized to do business in this state. Minimum mark-ups shall become effective at twelve (12) o'clock midnight on the last day of the first calendar month commencing after the seventh (7 th) day following the day such mark-ups are mailed to licensed retailers.
(2)No retailer shall sell, directly or indirectly, any alcoholic liquor at less than its current posted bottle cost plus minimum mark-up without first having obtained from the director a permit so to do; and the director is authorized to issue
