Text

Any condition or stipulation in an application, policy or contract of fire insurance hereafter made making the policy void in case the insured premises become vacant, shall not prevent recovery on such policy if it shall be shown by the plaintiff that the insured premises had ceased to be vacant and were occupied at the time of the loss.
