§ 40-782 — Severability of act
If any section, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this act shall be declared unconstitutional or void for any reason, such fact shall not in any way affect the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences or phrases of this act, but the same shall continue in full force and effect.
