§ 40-781 — Rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 7 FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES
The commissioner of insurance may adopt such rules and regulations as are reasonable, necessary and incidental to the enforcement and administration of the provisions of this act.
