§ 40-5518 — Rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 55 PUBLIC ADJUSTERS LICENSING ACT
The commissioner shall promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The commissioner shall adopt such rules and regulations by July 1, 2010.
