§ 40-5303 — Same; alternate representative

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 53 INTERSTATE INSURANCE COMPACTS
The member representing this state on the interstate insurance product regulation compact may be represented thereon by an alternate designated by the commissioner of insurance. Any such alternate shall be an assistant commissioner or a division director of the insurance department.
