§ 40-5114 — Severability

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 51 INSURANCE SCORE ACT
(a)If any provision of this act is declared invalid due to an interpretation of or a future change in the federal fair credit reporting act, the remaining portions of the act shall be deemed to be severable and shall remain in full force and effect.
(b)If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
