§ 40-5112 — Powers of commissioner

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 51 INSURANCE SCORE ACT
Whenever an insurer is found to be in violation of any provision of this act, the commissioner shall proceed under K.S.A. 40-2,125, and amendments thereto.
