Text
(a)This act shall apply only to personal insurance and not to commercial insurance. A personal insurance policy must be individually underwritten for personal, family or household use. No other type of insurance shall be included as personal insurance for the purpose of this act.
(b)This act shall apply to all personal insurance policies either written to be effective or renewed on or after January 1, 2004.
