§ 40-4513 — Continuation of existing contracts

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 45 REGULATION OF REINSURANCE INTERMEDIARIES
Contracts between an insurer and a reinsurance broker or a reinsurer and a reinsurance manager which became effective on or before the effective date of this act may continue in full effect and force until June 30, 1993.
