§ 40-4353 — Citation of act

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 43 CAPTIVE INSURANCE COMPANIES

K.S.A. 40-4301 through 40-4304, 40-4306 through 40-4315, * 40-4317 through 40-4353, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 40-4354, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the captive insurance act.
