Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 43 CAPTIVE INSURANCE COMPANIES
The commissioner may promulgate all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the provisions of K.S.A. 40-4332 through 40-4352, and amendments thereto.
