§ 40-4345 — Same; plan of operation; changes

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 43 CAPTIVE INSURANCE COMPANIES
Any material changes to a special purpose insurance captive's plan of operation shall require the prior written approval of the commissioner. The plan of operation must specify which deviations shall be considered material.
