§ 40-4331 — Same; taxation

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 43 CAPTIVE INSURANCE COMPANIES
In the case of a branch captive insurance company, the tax provided for in K.S.A. 40-4314, and amendments thereto, shall apply only to the branch business of such company.
