§ 40-4114 — Rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 41 RISK RETENTION AND PURCHASING GROUPS
The commissioner is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations relating to risk retention groups as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
