§ 40-4014 — Filing amended articles of incorporation with secretary of state

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 40 CONVERSION OF DOMESTIC MUTUAL INSURER INTO DOMESTIC STOCK INSURER
Not later than 24 hours after issuance of the certificate of authority to the converted stock insurer, a certified copy of the amended articles of incorporation of the insurer shall be filed with the secretary of state.
