§ 40-4013 — Commissioner to charge insurer for expenses
The commissioner shall also have the authority to retain experts and may charge and collect from the insurer the actual amount of expenses, including the expenses of retaining experts, reasonably incurred by the state in discharge of the commissioner's duties hereunder, including the determination of a valuation of the insurer.
