§ 40-4,201 — Unclaimed life insurance benefits act; citation

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 4 GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES
On and after July 1, 2019, the provisions of K.S.A. 40-4,201 through 40-4,203, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the unclaimed life insurance benefits act.
