§ 40-4,101 — Standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities; citation of act

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 4 GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES
(a)K.S.A. 40-4,101 through 40-4,113, and amendments thereto, shall be known as the standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities.
(b)For the purposes of this act, the term "commissioner" shall mean the commissioner of insurance.
