§ 40-3910 — Commissioner; rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 39 CITIES AND COUNTIES, PAYMENT OF PROCEEDS OF FIRE INSURANCE POLICIES
The commissioner of insurance is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
