§ 40-3908 — Cities and counties not parties to insurance contract

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 39 CITIES AND COUNTIES, PAYMENT OF PROCEEDS OF FIRE INSURANCE POLICIES
This act does not make any city or county a party to any insurance contract nor is the insurer liable to any party for any amount in excess of the proceeds otherwise payable under its insurance policy.
