§ 40-3907 — Application to all covered claims

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 39 CITIES AND COUNTIES, PAYMENT OF PROCEEDS OF FIRE INSURANCE POLICIES
This act shall apply to all covered claims arising from damage to all buildings or structures.
