Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 38 REGULATION AND REGISTRATION OF ADMINISTRATORS
K.S.A. 40-3801, 40-3802, 40-3804 through 40-3810 and K.S.A. 40-3812 through 40-3817, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the third party administrators act.
