§ 40-3645 — Liquidation proceedings; reopening after termination; order of court

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 36 IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT INSURERS
After the liquidation proceeding has been terminated and the liquidator discharged, the commissioner may at any time petition the district court of Shawnee county to reopen the proceedings for good cause, including the discovery of additional assets. If the court is satisfied that there is justification for reopening, such court shall so order.
