§ 40-3504 — Requirements prior to issuance of policies

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 35 MORTGAGE GUARANTY INSURANCE COMPANIES
No mortgage guaranty insurance company may issue policies until it has obtained from the commissioner of insurance a certificate of authority and has complied with the other applicable provisions of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
