§ 40-3317 — Citation of act

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 33 INSURANCE HOLDING COMPANIES
K.S.A. 40-3301 through 40-3315, and K.S.A. 40-3316 and 40-3317, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the insurance holding company act.
