§ 40-3235 — Health maintenance organization act; provisions supplemental to

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 32 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS
K.S.A. 40-3231 through 40-3234, and amendments thereto, shall be part of and supplemental to the health maintenance organization act cited at K.S.A. 40-3201 et seq., and amendments thereto.
