§ 40-3224 — Investments
Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 32 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS
With the exception of investments made in accordance with other provisions of this act, the investable funds of a health maintenance organization shall be invested only in securities or other instruments permitted by article 2a of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, or acts amendatory thereof of supplemental thereto, or such other securities or investments as the commissioner may permit.
