§ 40-3222 — Use of certain words and initials prohibited
Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 32 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS
No person shall use in its name, contracts or literature the phrase "health maintenance organization" or the initials HMO unless such person is certified under the provisions of this act.
