§ 40-3219 — Effect of act on federal assistance

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 32 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

Nothing in this act shall prohibit any health maintenance organization or medicare provider organization from meeting the requirements of any federal law which would authorize the health maintenance organization or medicare provider organization to receive federal financial assistance or to enroll beneficiaries assisted by federal funds.
