Text
Any health maintenance organization in existence and operating on the effective date of this act in this state shall apply for and be entitled to the issuance of a certificate. Such organization shall apply for said certificate within one hundred twenty (120) days after the effective date of this act, submitting with such application the information required under K.S.A. 40-3203, together with a filing fee in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150). Any such health maintenance organization shall be in compliance with the provisions of this act within one year after the issuance of such certificate.
