§ 40-3216 — Penalty

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 32 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

Any person who violates any provision of this act or any rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
