§ 40-3215 — Rules and regulations
Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 32 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS
The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
