Kansas Statutes
§ 40-2d22 — Provisions of act supplemental to other provisions of law
The provisions of this act are supplemental to any other provisions of the laws of this state, and shall not preclude nor limit any other powers or duties of the commissioner under such laws, including but not limited to K.S.A. 40-3605 et seq., and amendments thereto.
