§ 40-2a19 — Prior lawful investments

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2a INVESTMENTS BY OTHER THAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES
All investments owned by any insurance company other than life at the time this act becomes effective and purchased pursuant to and in accordance with prior investment laws of this state shall be deemed in compliance with this act.
