§ 40-297 — Same; group of affiliated insurors defined

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The term "group of affiliated insurors" as used in K.S.A. 40-296 shall mean two or more insurance companies which are under substantially the same management and/or financial control.
