§ 40-2902 — Same; application

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 29 KANSAS INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION ACT
This act shall apply to the kinds of direct insurance specified in K.S.A. 40-901 and 40-1102 except for the kinds of insurance specified in subsections (a), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) of K.S.A. 40-1102: Provided, That this act shall apply to accident and sickness coverages written pursuant to K.S.A. 40-1110.
