§ 40-288 — Same; provisions of article 22 of chapter 40 not required

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The standard provisions as set out in article 22 of chapter 40, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, or amendments thereto, shall not be required in the coverage provided by this act.
