§ 40-2808 — Same; rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 28 TAXATION OF COMPANIES
The commissioner of insurance is hereby charged with the administration of this act and is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to properly administer and enforce the provisions thereof.
