§ 40-2707 — Penalties

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 27 UNIFORM UNAUTHORIZED INSURERS ACT
Any unauthorized insurer who transacts any unauthorized act of insurance business as set forth in this act may, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
